Return Policy
Returns
We believe in 100% customer service and we always do our best to take care of our valuable customers. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the quality of a product or the product does not fit properly, we will accept a return up to 21 days after the delivery date. Toys and treats that have been used or chewed on are not eligible for returns. We kindly ask you to return the product (including any accessories or free gifts) with its original tags still attached and if possible, in its original packaging. Any merchandise that is in used condition, dirty and/or returned without its tags may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee. Please make sure all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can start the return process by filling out the returns form.
Refunds
The refund process will be initiated once we have received and inspected the product. Typically refunds are processed within 2 working days. Once the refund is issued you will receive a notification about it via email. The refunded amount will always go back to your original method of payment. For credit card payments it may take up to 7 days for the balance to be available again, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged items and replacements
If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery. This will allow us to contact the delivery company and arrange a replacement item to be sent immediately to the same delivery address given on the original order.
